If your bandwidth usage exceeds 100 MB/month, or significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by HelpGetSponsors.com) of other HelpGetSponsors.com customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account or reduce the Service or its availability to you until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption.

Payment of Fees, Refunds, Upgrading & Downgrading
Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change without prior notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the HelpGetSponsors.com website www.helpgetsponsors.com or the Service itself but HelpGetSponsors.com is under no obligation to do so.
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level outside of a 14-day trial period, you will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle. No refunds will be made for premature cancellation of subscription. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
When payment for a HelpGetSponsors.com subscription has not reached HelpGetSponsors.com after 3 days of billing attempts following the initial attempt, the subscription will be suspended. HelpGetSponsors.com will not be liable for any loss of content, capacity, features, or external implications that result from said suspension. A first-time subscription to a monthly or annual paid plan will warrant a 14 day free trial period after which you will be automatically billed, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of those 14 days.
All payments and payment information for HelpGetSponsors.com services are handled by a third-party payment gateway. HelpGetSponsors.com holds no credit card information of any users.
Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of features, or capacity of your subscription. HelpGetSponsors.com does not accept any liability for such loss. When downgrading your account you understand and agree to the loss of features or capacity that exceeds that what is offered by the lesser plan.
You are solely responsible and liable for fully canceling your subscription. An email, telephone, fax or written request to cancel your subscription is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time, instructions for which can be found in the HelpGetSponsors.com account section and FAQs page. HelpGetSponsors.com shall not be liable if a user has failed to follow the instructions precisely.
Leaving a subscription does not always automatically cancel payments for the subscription, it is the user’s responsibility to check that this has been done. Your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. However, no refunds will be issued for any previous charges, in whole or in part.
HelpGetSponsors.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Cancellation and Termination
The closing of your subscription or account will result in the immediate and irrevocable deletion of all your Content related to the workspace or account. You understand and agree to this condition.

As a result, HelpGetSponsors.com has no control over User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the sponsorship opportunities and sponsors posted, the truth or accuracy of the profiles, the ability of sponsors to fulfill profile requests, or the ability of sponsorship opportunities to fulfill the requirements of sponsors.
Disputes Between Sponsorship Opportunities and Sponsors
Any dispute between the sponsorship opportunity and the sponsor will be handled outside the involvement of HelpGetSponsors.com when at all possible, and responsibility for resolution lies with the parties involved; HelpGetSponsors.com not being one of them.
Indemnification
